Dr. Kosarek is an ABPN Board-Certified psychiatrist in Hanover, NH who has experience in treating many mental health issues that interfere with living your life the way you'd like.
Services and Fees
Dr. Kosarek primarily provides psychiatric medication management. In some cases, she will also provide short-term, goal-focused psychotherapy in addition to medication management. Her services, along with descriptions and fees, are listed below.

60 Minutes/$450
Initial consultations include a comprehensive review of current and past symptoms, previous treatments, medical history, family history, social history, and goals for treatment. These meetings begin the process of diagnostic clarification and defining treatment recommendations.

Consultations to primary care are one-time meetings coordinated by Dr. Kosarek and your primary care doctor. These consultations seek to support primary care providers by providing psychiatric treatment recommendations for patients whose mental health prescriptions are managed within the primary care setting. After these meetings, Dr. Kosarek provides a report to your primary care doctor regarding diagnosis and treatment of your mental health symptoms.

25 to 50 minutes/$250-375
Medication management sessions are for established patients who have already completed initial consultations. During these sessions, your medication regimen is evaluated for efficacy, your symptoms and overall health are monitored, and adjustments to doses or medication changes are made.

While Dr. Kosarek considers every patient meeting as an opportunity to implement psychotherapeutic interventions, in some cases she may determine that a patient’s needs are best met with a more frequent combination of medication management and psychotherapy sessions. Dr. Kosarek practices a mix of cognitive behaviorally-oriented psychotherapies, including CBT, ACT, CPT, and DBT.

$300/hour
In some cases, established patients may require accommodation letters for school, professional testing, or work based upon their psychiatric diagnoses. Dr. Kosarek is willing to provide these documents if indicated. Such letters often require supporting documentation, including the results of neuropsychological testing, which Dr. Kosarek does not provide, but which she will review and incorporate into her recommendation.
Insurance Information
Dr. Kosarek is currently in-network with Cigna, Blue Cross/Blue Shield and Anthem, and Aetna. She is out-of-network with other carriers. Upon request, she will provide you with a “super bill” to submit to your carrier for reimbursement. She is opted-out of Medicare, meaning that Medicare will not reimburse for her services.
